Great food. The Cole slaw was almost as good as my family's. Food was fresh and hot and the service was excellent.
Pretty good - and not just because it's one of the only restaurants around the area. Country cooking done well. Catfish poboy was good with a generous amount of catfish and good hoagie. Fries could be more crispy - they came out a bit soggy, but not too bad. Large assortment of cookies, and other goodies up front like pork skins, boiled peanuts. For lunch, the food took a bit longer to come out than I would have expected, but overall still a good experience.

Can you say Southern Breakfast, because this is exactly the kind of place that serves a delicious southern breakfast. I ordered scrambled eggs, cheese grits and bacon complimented with a nice large soft biscuit. Everything tasted delicious. My Arnold Palmer was one of the best I'd ever had, taste like a slushie with all the crushed ice inside it. Although I dined outside I got my breakfast in a to go container just in case I couldn't eat everything. The picnic tables located right on the front porch of the restaurant were very nice to sit in. I can see this is the spot for a delicious southern breakfast here in Woodbury. I enjoyed my experience here on my way to Lake Meriwether Park.
If you like good food this is the place to go. The staff are friendly and polite and the food is absolutely amazing. I don't get to eat here anywhere near as much as I would like and but it's a treat whenever I do.
We drive up from LaGrange Georgia just to come here for their biscuits. Add their cube steak to it and wow that is some good eating. It's a small mom-and-pop kind of diner, locals come here you hear them talk about what they're doing on their farms and everybody just has a really good eating experience. Servers are friendly staff is always been really nice and the food has always been spot on. You might have a little bit of a wait but it is well worth it
